She was born in 1978 in Baku – Azerbaijan. She started Rhythmic Gymnastics Sport in Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School in 1984 and won the Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships of the Azerbaijan Republic many times.
Participated in the Soviet Union Gymnastics Championships and the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships. In 1993, she won the title of Rhythmic Gymnastics Sports Master of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
İrade Aliyeva Panos, former athlete of Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team, coached Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School between 1995-2006. Since 2001, she has worked as the Head Coach of the school.
In 2004, she received the title of Rhythmic Gymnastics Republic-Ranking Referee. While working at the school, she trained athletes who were successful in participating in the Rhythmic Gymnastics of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Championship.
She served as coach of Rhythmic Gymnastics Since 2006 in Turkey. During her tenure in Turkey, she participated the the Black Sea and Balkan Championships as a trainer of Turkish National Team, She trained successful athletes for Turkish National Team. She is UKCC Level 3 Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach in United Kingdom. She has got “Safeguarding and Protecting Children” certificate and also DBS checked in United Kingdom.
